Waipara - Vineyard Country
Travel approximately 60km north of Christchurch and you will come to the Waipara. The Waipara is currently the fastest growing wine producing region on New Zealand producing some outstanding wines from around 80 vineyards covering more than 1,200 hectares of plantings. The views are simply stunning.
I am a forty something IT professional. I work for a health consultancy providing capacity planning and patient flow services to hospitals across the world.
I am married to Yvonne, a teacher of Business Studies and Economics and have two great children, Jake and Kirsty.
We emigrated to Christchurch, New Zealand from a village Holme-on-Spalding Moor in the East Riding of Yorkshire in the United Kingdom in June 2006.
